Here is a self portrait I did about a year and a half ago. I don’t like doing self portraits; for a variety of reasons. I just don’t like looking at myself for that long… I don’t feel like I’m unattractive… but still don’t like doing them. Anyway; this is my ‘S’

I actually love doing portraits of others, It is fun to see the way their personality shines through their features. I don't really have a great explanation as to why I don't like looking at myself for very long; I never have- and truthfully I'd never thought about it before I did this self portrait. Even when I get ready in the morning- I put on make-up (if I'm wearing any that day) do my hair make sure I look put together and then never look in a mirror the rest of the day. Probably some psychologist could unpack this; but I really don't know. I don't have a low sense of self worth at all… yea… couldn't tell ya really.
